Builds and maintains knowledge of food & beverage offerings to ensure all questions answered appropriately and accurately.Communicates in a positive, respectful manner to both internal and external guests.Maintains a professional and tidy appearance at all times.Prepares food as needed in the quick service kitchens.Ensures and collects appropriate guest payment for food and beverage service.Stocks and cleans workstation/venue to ensure presentable products.Maintains the accountability and security of their individual cash drawer.Greets guest and efficiently processes food and beverage orders and purchase through the Point of Sale (POS) System.Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.Ensure compliance with the applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.
The Marketplace Cashier/Cook is responsible for providing excellent guest service by accurately and efficiently processing guest's food & beverage preparation and purchases.
